This large family farmhouse close to the Cévennes is the perfect place for big gatherings. Located in a one hectare wooded park, in the heart of a small village, it can comfortably accommodate 15 people. The farmhouse has been renovated and furnished with the greatest care, and benefits from a cosy atmosphere. There are various living spaces to enjoy, such as a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a beautiful fireplace, a dining room and a study. The property has two large suites with a view of the village castle, three double bedrooms and a dormitory with 2 bunk beds. All bedrooms are air conditioned. Outside, you can enjoy a large shaded terrace for summer meals under the lovely greenery. In the garden, there is a secure swimming pool, a tennis court, as well as plenty of sunloungers in the shade of olive trees and hundred year-old mulberry trees.
Located in Potelières, a small quiet village in the Gard with a stunning castle, you will be within easy reach of various walks and activities. The house is situated 25 minutes from Uzès and Barjac, and 1 hour from Avignon.
