Perched on the heights of a typical village of Haute Corse overlooking the eastern plain, this stone building for rent has been renovated with the greatest care, in the respect of traditions. This pretty semi-detached house on 3 levels can accommodate up to 6 people. On the first floor, the living rooms include a fully equipped kitchen open onto the bright dining room and a large living room. The atmosphere is authentic and warm with a large fireplace that will warm up the cool evenings. The three bedrooms are spread over the other floors, on the ground floor you will find two double bedrooms and a shower room, on the second floor a large master suite of 25m2 and its bathroom. Outside, a small equipped garden will allow you to take your meals in the sun.
The house is located in Penta di Casinca, a small village with a small grocery store, the bar of the village and three restaurants open in the summer. It is located 40 minutes south of Bastia and is ideally situated for nature vacations: hiking, golf, horseback riding, swimming in the river or in the sea. The first beaches are about 15 minutes away by car.
