This beautiful family house in the heart of Dinard is the perfect place to gather with family or friends. With a surface area of 220m2, this house can accommodate up to 10 people. Carefully decorated and very bright, it has all the high quality equipment that will ensure you a particularly pleasant stay (floor heating, water filtration system, cast iron English stove, Sonos speakers, television stored in a cabinet in the living room). The first floor consists of a large living room and a dining room under a beautiful glass roof. The large kitchen is particularly well equipped with an AGA cast iron stove, which will please amateurs. An office room/craft corner for children will delight everyone! The bedrooms are located upstairs. On the first floor, you will find a master suite with a soft ambiance and its ensuite bathroom. You will also find a second kids bedroom with 2 single beds and its ensuite bathroom. A "secret door" gives access to a playroom. On the second floor, you will find a spacious third bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed with pull-out bed to accommodate 2 additional people. There is also a fourth double bedroom. These two rooms share the same bathroom. Outside, the south-facing terrace is accessible from the kitchen's bay window. A large table will allow you to enjoy your summer meals as well as a small garden with flowers.
Ideally located in the heart of Dinard between the market and the Place de la République, the house is in a quiet dead-end street. You will be a few minutes from many shops and the market at "Les Halles de Dinard" and many restaurants. The beach is 300 meters away.
