This former half-timbered stable, typically Norman, is the ideal place for a break in the middle of nature, with family or friends. Entirely renovated with respect to the local architecture and with quality materials, it can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children. The living rooms are bright and warm and open onto the surrounding nature. On the ground floor, you will find the two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The third bedroom is located on the first floor and will be perfect to accommodate 2 children, with 2 single beds, a toilet and a washbasin. Outside, you will enjoy two beautiful terraces: one is fitted out as a relaxation area with a jacuzzi, the other equipped with garden furniture, a summer dining room and a barbecue. The large garden with trees is perfectly maintained and covers more than 3000m2. You will be in a quiet place, without any opposite, except the donkey and the horse of the neighbouring meadow!
This house is ideally located to discover all the richness of the Pays d'Auge. In 20min you can go to lunch on the flowered coast from Villers to Trouville. In 15min you will discover the animated and commercial villages: Pont l'Evêque, Beaumont-en-Auge... For your daily shopping, you can reach the village by foot or by car.
