The uniqueness of this house of more than 300m2 to rent in the heart of the Auvergne volcanoes is its large windows that surround the huge living space and offer a dominant view of the Sancy valley. The house can accommodate up to 10 people and is decorated with carefully selected furniture. On the ground floor there is a master suite, three double bedrooms, a large bathroom with a traditional sauna and a cinema room. On the first floor, there is a master suite and a large living room that includes a fully equipped American kitchen with a central island, a dining room, a living room with large sofas overlooking nature. In summer and winter, you can enjoy the outside area equipped with a spa, a living room with a fireplace, a dining area and its plancha. All sheltered, south facing and surrounded by nature.
For winter activities, the house is located 10 km from the ski area of Le Mont Dore, a family resort. The adventurous ones can enjoy the fabulous off-piste area popular with good skiers. In the summer, there are many hiking trails close to the house. There is also a high altitude golf course, and the property is located a few kilometers from La Bourboule where you can enjoy the casino, its famous thermal baths, and its park equipped for children.
