This contemporary house for 6 persons to rent in the Lot will seduce the lovers of architecture. A real concrete case in the middle of nature, it was built by a renowned architect. With a surface area of 150m2 on single storey, its H-shaped layout puts the living rooms in the spotlight. Its large living room and dining room, very pure, are in the center of the house and serve all the other rooms, namely the 3 bedrooms and the kitchen. The house has 3 double bedrooms with large openings to the surrounding nature. Outside, the heated swimming pool and the terrace allow you to enjoy the sun in a quiet place without any opposite.
The house is located about 10 minutes from Cahors, a charming little town in the Lot, where you will find many local shops. You will benefit from a very preserved environment: the departures of hikes are at a few minutes of the house and you will be able to discover wine domains famous for the emblematic grape variety of the region.

"This house with its minimalist aesthetic is an unusual place. From all sides, one is caught up in the surrounding nature, contrasting with the rough side of the concrete. Notice to lovers of contemporary architecture!" Olivia Bartoli

La maison est incroyable. Épurée. Brute.
