The farmhouse is located at the end of a small hamlet in the heart of the vineyards in a village in Charente Maritime, between Royan and Cognac. The surrounding environment is peaceful and only thirty minutes away from the busy Atlantic coast and its sandy beaches and picturesque villages.

Talmont sur Gironde, a charming French village overlooking the Gironde estuary. The beautiful city of Saintes. The seaside resorts such as Royan and the well known Pontaillac beach, the large beaches in Saint Georges de Didonne and the Plage du Bureau in Saint Palais which joins the Chemin des Douaniers, a memorable walk along the coast and finally the coast in general, with stretches of sandy beaches.
