In summer, you'll be at the start of many walks and close to the Mont d'Arbois golf course. In winter, the Mont d'Arbois cable car is just a 2-minute drive away (with a shuttle bus just 100 metres from the residence), giving you access to the Evasion Mont-Blanc ski area.
