Entirely dressed in larch wood and with a magnificent lauze roof, this large chalet of 450 m2 was built according to a true "savoir-faire" by craftsmen from the "Compagnon". The living rooms are convivial and the atmosphere is soft and warm. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped semi-professional kitchen, a spacious living room with a beautiful fireplace and a cosy reading corner. On the upper floors, you will find five beautiful bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and its own balcony with a view, which can accommodate up to 12 people. To relax after a day on the slopes or hiking trails, there is a sauna and a swimming pool with jacuzzi and counter-current system. Outside, you can enjoy 300 days of sunshine a year on a south-facing terrace with a dominant view of Briançon, its peaks and its famous fortifications.
This chalet is located at an altitude of 1520 metres, on the heights of Serre-Chevalier, in the small village of Puy Saint-André. You will overlook Briançon, which can be reached in 5 minutes by car. In winter you can walk 200m to the ski lifts and ski straight back to the chalet to come back ; in summer you are at the start of many hikes.
