Built in 2023 by the Compagnons des Chalets Bayrou and with a total surface area of 700m2, its modular layout means it can accommodate from 16 to 28 people, and the way the spaces are arranged means that everyone can find their own privacy. On the ground floor, the spacious living room offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a TV lounge, all completely open onto the garden. On the upper floors, there are 6 suites and a dormitory room for 6 children with an en suite bathroom. For larger groups, the chalet has two separate flats: On the lower floor is a flat with two bedrooms sleeping 4 people and upstairs is a second flat sleeping 8 people. A host of services are included, including transport to the foot of the slopes, daily cleaning, breakfast, etc. In terms of facilities, everything has been thought of to help you relax after a day in the mountains: you can enjoy a cinema, a spa area with a hammam, a sauna, a massage table and a beautiful indoor swimming pool with a counter-current system. Outside, the garden overlooks the snow front, so you'll be ski in, ski out!
Located at l'Aravet, just a stone's throw from the Mickey piste, you'll enjoy a prime location on the Serre-Chevalier / Villeneuve ski area. In summer, just push open the garden door and you'll find yourself at the start of some lovely hiking trails and the best downhill mountain bike tracks, as well as the many activities on offer (cycling, rafting, climbing, adventure courses, etc.).
