This summer chalet for rent in the Aravis mountains dates back to the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2011, providing all modern comforts while retaining the charm of yesteryear. It can accommodate up to 14 people, whether families or friends. Covering 355m2 on 3 levels, this chalet enjoys a unique location facing Mont Blanc. The cosy living areas have been renovated to a very high standard, adding a touch of modernity and comfort. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped, and cooks will love the Lacanche cooking piano. The chalet has 4 pretty bedrooms and a separate mazot with a double bedroom and an alcove with two single beds. Outside, you'll be right in the middle of nature, in the garden, with two large tables, parasols and deckchairs, and a herd may be passing by in the distance...
Situated at an altitude of 1550 metres in a Natura 2000 area on the Beauregard plateau, in the heart of the Aravis massif, you are 1 km from the Croix Fry pass. The shops are in Clusaz, around ten minutes away by car. You'll be at the start of many hiking and biking trails. Accessible in summer via a dirt track, this is a summer chalet, as defined by the Loi Montagne, so it is only available to rent from May to October.
